In order to submit a form we ask that all our clients fill out the form as accurately as possible in order for us to get a good idea of what you are wanting . Be specific on location of the body and please remember that we will not tattoo you if you are under 18 years old.

OUR RATE  $80 Minimum and $120 Hourly
